Hello and Welcome!
I am Stephanie, a marketing specialist at BCA Architects & Engineers. I have been employed there since the Spring of 2024. I work on proposals, marketing campaigns, and social media content. I have a background in architectural design, and my favorite font is.... well you will have to ask me to find out!
Outside of my work life, I am a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, wife, dog lover, wine enthusiast, kayaker, non-fiction reader, outdoor explorer, and a born and raised northerner (NEPA). I love creating for the sake of creating and challenging myself in new and different ways. I also believe a work-life balance is imperative to my success, and I maintain this balance through time management and pursuing my other passions.
Current Role
Currently, I use my skills as a Marketing Specialist at BCA Architects & Engineers, a full service architecture/engineering firm spanning seven locations across Upstate New York. My role involves a mix of graphic design and marketing. I prepare and design project proposals and collaborate with the Director of Communications and Strategic Initiatives, Director of Business Development, and lead graphic design to build marketing strategies.

Experience
For four years, I was the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist at FSU College of Medicine. During this time, I developed logo guide templates, crafted compelling marketing materials, and ensured social media graphics were sized appropriately. My dedication was recognized with a promotion to Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist. Additionally, I supported the production team with video and event photography.

Driven by a desire to expand my marketing expertise, I embarked on a Master's degree during my time at FSU. In August 2023, I graduated from FSU's College of Communication and Information with a Master's in Professional Communication, specializing in Integrated Marketing Communication.
Passion for Design
My passion for graphic design lies in transforming textual information into visually captivating and mission-aligned materials. I love seeing the design evolve the more I work on it.
